I am a chef & restaurateur currently working in Armidale NSW. With my wife and business partner own & operate red grapevine restaurant & bar and The coughing Gherkin.
Also a wine enthusiast, I’m a strong advocate of wines from regional NSW, in particular from New England, Mudgee, Orange, Hastings River & Hunter Valley.
I am also a recent convert to the open source software revolution, and use Ubuntu linux, wordpress, GIMP, & Open Office in the day to day running of my businesses.
I am an amateur web developer, aspiring pickled veg photographer, father of two boys & wests tigers fanatic.
